At PeelForge, we work hard to produce premium custom labels and stickers with fast turnaround times and reliable shipping.
Production Time
Because all orders are custom made, production time is required before shipment.
Most orders are produced within:
- 2–5 business days
Large orders, specialty finishes, or high-volume projects may require additional production time.
If there are any delays with your order, we will contact you directly.
Shipping Within the United States
We offer shipping throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Estimated delivery times after production:
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the selected service
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated by the carrier.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders.
Free shipping promotions and minimum order requirements may change at any time.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries.
International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
PeelForge is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carrier processing.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged items
We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.
