01

Accepted File Formats

We accept most common file types for custom labels and stickers.

  • PNG
  • JPG / JPEG
  • PDF
  • AI / EPS
Best quality: Vector files like AI, EPS, and print-ready PDFs produce the sharpest results.
02

Resolution & Quality

Use high-resolution artwork for sharp, clean prints.

  • Use 300 DPI at final print size
  • Avoid blurry or pixelated images
  • Do not enlarge small files too much
✅ Sharp edges ✅ Clean detail ❌ Blurry uploads
03

Artwork Size

Upload your file at the size you want printed whenever possible.

  • Set artwork to final print dimensions
  • Keep text readable at smaller sizes
  • Avoid extremely thin lines for tiny labels
04

Bleed & Safe Area

Bleed gives your design a little extra room so edges trim cleanly.

  • Add at least 0.0625" bleed around the edges
  • Keep important text away from the trim edge
  • Do not place logos too close to the cut line
Tip: Extend background colors or patterns slightly past the final cut size.
05

Color Settings

Printed colors may look slightly different than what you see on screen.

  • CMYK is preferred for print
  • RGB files will be converted
  • Very bright or neon tones may shift in print
Important: Colors can look different on screen than they do in print.
06

Background & Transparency

Transparent backgrounds are supported when set up correctly.

  • PNG is best for transparent backgrounds
  • Check that white areas are intentional
  • Make sure your design does not rely on hidden layers
07

Best Practices

A few quick checks can help your order move faster.

  • Outline fonts when possible
  • Flatten unnecessary layers
  • Double-check spelling and layout
  • Remove unused elements

FAQ

Common Artwork Questions

Do I need print-ready artwork?
Not always. Print-ready files help speed things up, but if your file needs small fixes, we can often help before production.
Can you fix my file if something is wrong?
Yes — we can often correct small setup issues like sizing, minor bleed adjustments, or basic cleanup. If your file needs major redesign work, we’ll let you know.
What if I only have a JPG or PNG?
That’s okay. We accept JPG and PNG files, but they need to be high enough resolution for clean printing. If the file is too small or blurry, print quality may suffer.
Will my colors look exactly like my screen?
Not exactly. Screens display color differently than print. We do our best to produce rich, accurate color, but some variation is normal.
What happens if my artwork is not usable?
If there’s an issue that prevents good print results, we’ll contact you before production instead of printing something that does not meet expectations.
